GFRP-Reinforced Masonry Wall Design | Quebec Structural Project

Project: New Sport Complex, Lac Simon QC

Client: AAB

Petra Building Consulting Inc. provided specialized structural engineering design for a new construction masonry wall project in Quebec. To maximize flexural strength and eliminate rebar corrosion risks, our team engineered a modern Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) structural reinforcement system in full compliance with CSA S304 standards and the Quebec Construction Code. All structural calculation packages and stamped construction drawings were sealed by a licensed Quebec Professional Engineer (ing.), delivering a durable, corrosion-resistant wall assembly for municipal permit approval.
